Referencing the tagline for the new arc, Zdarksy says, “We’re charting a new course for the Marvel Universe with one simple statement: Doom always has a plan.”

§ Titan announced Dark Souls: Mother of Mourning, a new four-issue series by George Mann and Maan House. Starting December 3, the book follows the Knights of Mourning as they seek to resurrect the Mother of Lillies, a mummified saint “with legends about her ability to restore balance to the world.” However, “madness looms in every knight’s mind, and this long-awaited goal might not be what it once seemed.” It will mark Titan’s seventh Dark Souls series, Mann’s sixth, and the writer’s second with House following this year’s Dark Souls: The Willow King.
