A robot’s odyssey of survival, discovery & purpose.

Eddie Lema shared that this comic book project has been in development for years, and it shows when you browse their campaign page. The story follows Zed, a robot who lands in 1980s New York with no memory, forced to navigate the city’s decaying landscape amidst the vibrant rise of Hip Hop and graffiti culture. This comic sounds wild, and for that reason, we at The Beat can’t help but dive into the details. It’s fun, packed with incredible artwork, and created by a team of creatives truly doing their own thing. The campaign is on the verge of being fully funded, so if you don’t want to miss out, be sure to check it out!
