IDW’s Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring #1 hit shelves today, July 9. The sequel to Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees, written and drawn by Patrick Horvath, isn’t just the eargerly awaited sequel to one of IDW’s biggest hits – it has one more special surprise for fans.

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees hot pepper sauces

IDW and Jade City Foods have collaborated on a collection of five hot sauces, available for purchase on the Jade City website.  The prices are $18 a bottle or all 5 for $75. Each bottle will have a label with an illustration from the first Beneath the Trees arc by Horvath – some of them quite gruesome, so view at your own discretion. 

The five hot sauce flavors will include:

Duck Soup: Birds Eye Pepper Sauce

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees hot pepper sauces

Just Another Day at the Office: Chili Extract Sauce 

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees hot pepper sauces

Don’t Lose Your Head: Orange Mango Pineapple Habanero Sauce

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees hot pepper sauces 

Head of the Class: Ghost Pepper 

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees hot pepper sauces

Sauce Saw Blade Special: Mango Habanero Sauce

Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees hot pepper sauces

No word on the Scoville ratings for these hot sauces, but they continue the theme of cuddly animals and violent murder that Horvath has mastered.
