Valiant comics is known for special one-off issues with #0’s, anniversaries and even annuals. Author Jeff Lemire (Teen Titans: Earth One) is teaming up with critically acclaimed artist Kano (Daredevil) as the publisher continues the tradition with a special 64-page annual formally titled; Bloodshot Reborn 2016 Annual #1. Ray Fawkes (Gotham by Midnight,) Michel Fiffe (Copra,) Benjamin Marra (Strange Tales) and Paul Maybury (Sovereign) are just a few names that Valiant announced to have extra stories coming in the oversized issue shipping in March. Expect summer camp sadness when Bloodshot hunts down a slasher at Camp Silver Lake in the extra-sized feature story. After the feature a solo Bloodsquirt adventure written by Lemire will be the second of several additional Bloodshot Reborn stories in the issue. The publisher teased that a story or two in the comic will be returning to the future setup in Bloodshot Reborn’s second arc; The Analog Man.
