As Grodd’s grand plan for Black Hole, Central City, and the Speed Force continues to come into focus, Barry Allen finds himself powerless to stop it. In order to even have a chance at recovering his abilities and saving his city, he’ll have to turn to an old foe and hope there’s still a spark of friendship in his heart.
