Rocketship Entertainment has announced its full schedule for Comic-Con International: San Diego 2025, including panels and signings. It also announced a limited run of 300 Let’s Play! t-shirts featuring key art from the upcoming Crunchyroll anime adaptation of the beloved series, which will be available at the Rocketship Way Station (booth #2707) on the main show floor. Rocketship CEO & publisher Tom Akel and Eisner-nominated artist Ryan Benjamin will be offering portfolio reviews for new artists throughout the convention.

Thursday, July 24, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Room 3
Whilce Portacio (Uncanny X-Men, Punisher), Ryan Benjamin (Batman Beyond, Grifter), Carlos D’Anda (Justice League vs. Godzilla), and Alex Sinclair (Hush 2, Justice League) will run a hands-on drawing workshop teaching professional strategies from pencils, inks, and colors. Each attendee needs to bring drawing materials.

Krecic (a.k.a. “Mongie,” Let’s Play, Dragon King Oath), creator Ryan Benjamin (founder, Comic Pro Boot Camp, co-creator of Stan Lee’s Genesis), creator Fernando Pinto (Gunpunch, Eat Fighter), cartoonist Thom Zahler (Angry Birds, Cupid’s Arrows), and NYT bestselling author Nick Seluk (Heat & Brain, Awkward Yeti). They’ll talk about the transitions from webcomics to print and back and what’s coming to Rocketship, T-Minus 10 tabletop, and Bottlerocket! all ages comics. The panel will include an exclusive look at the upcoming Let’s Play anime series premiering on Crunchyroll this fall, at the Cyko KO animated pilot starring the cast of Napoleon Dynamite, the upcoming Angry Birds graphic novels, and a special Let’s Play giveaway!*
* One fan will receive a hand-drawn shikishi illustration of Bowser by series director Daiki Tomiyasu (Pokémon), signed by Tomiyasu and Krecic (seen below).

Creator Leeanne M. Krecic (a.k.a. “Mongie,” Let’s Play, Dragon King Oath) will be signing a special poster from the upcoming Crunchyroll anime adaptation of Let’s Play at Rocketship booth #2707 throughout the weekend. Creator Nick Seluk (Heart & Brain, The Awkard Yeti) will be signing and doing free sketches of Heart & Brain characters at booth #2707 throughout the weekend as well.
The following creators will be signing at specific times (all times in PST):
- Thom Zahler (Cupid’s Arrows, Angry Birds): Friday, 2-3 p.m., signing free Cupid’s Arrows prints for the launch of Cupid’s Arrows, Vol. 2
- Rob Feldman (Rocketship Co-Founder): Saturday, 10-11 a.m., signing prints and copies of Cyko KO
- with special guests Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite, Blades of Glory) and Efrin Ramirez (Napoleon Dynamite, Eastbound and Down)
