Rebellion has announced Ramzee and Claude T.C.’s Rex Power – Invasion of the Fear Bugs as the newest title from their all-ages Monster Fun Collection. The 144-page graphic novel featuring a dinosaur bounty-hunter and a teenage boy confronting a mad scientist (with an army of alien parasites) is set to release March 11, 2026. Retailing for £9.99 (UK)/$13.49 (US), preorders are now open.
The press release synopsis for the book:
“Rex is an alien descendant of the mighty Tyrannosaurus and a skilled bounty hunter. After one of his bounties – the mad alien scientist, Zardax – escapes, Rex is forced to crash his ship on Earth. Stranded in Catford, south east London, an accident causes Rex to merge with a teenage orphan called Korey.
“Once bonded, Korey and Rex will have to learn how to get along so they can stop an army of Zardax’s alien parasites from taking over the district, the city, and then the planet! Jurassic measures will need to be taken if this dino-mic duo want to save the day…”

Rex Power originally ran as a ten-part serial in the short-lived Monster Fun kids anthology revival. While the anthology was cut short, its stories continue to find new life and new audiences as part of Rebellion’s growing Monster Fun Collection line of affordable kids graphic novels.
