Digital comics platform GlobalComix has announced a new partnership with Seven Seas Entertainment, which will expand its library to include thousands of manga, manhwa, and manhua titles. Starting today, GlobalComix Gold members have access to more than 50 titles, and 1k+ are available for purchase digitally.
In addition to a curated library of titles available with membership, Gold subscribers will also get an exclusive discount on all Seven Seas purchases.
Moving forward, GlobalComix will offer day and date digital releases for new Seven Seas volumes, giving readers access to the newest chapters in ongoing series the same day they hit other retailers. Titles include I’m in Love with a Villainess, Skeleton Knight in Another World, and Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation: Mo Dao Zu Shi.
“We are incredibly excited to bring this massive wave of Asian content to our platform and our Gold members,” said Eric Tapper, VP of Business Development at GlobalComix. “We know this is exactly what our fans have been asking for, and we’re happy to kick off this new phase of expansion with a partner as prestigious as Seven Seas. This is just the beginning of our commitment to bringing the world’s best manga, manhwa, and manhua to our community.”
GlobalComix has previously partnered with manga powerhouse Kodansha, as well as several western comics publishers.
Gold members can access 100k+ titles, get discounts on individual purchases, download and read comics offline using the GlobalComix app, and gift 7-day access codes each year. A subscription is $6.99 per month or $69 per year.
