§ Finally, THR published a new interview with Andor creator Tony Gilroy, providing the chance to say what “he couldn’t during its release.” In it, he discusses how he worked with Disney’s request to avoid the terms “fascism” and “genocide” while promoting the show, and dismisses rumors Dave Filoni disliked it, saying, “It has never been anything but cordial and pleasant, ever, ever, ever, ever [between other filmmakers at Lucasfilm]. I don’t know anything that you don’t know. I really don’t.” Both seasons of Andor, which ran from 2022 to 2025, are available now on Disney+.
