Crunchyroll has just announced a massive lineup of first screenings, immersive experiences, panels and Anime Expo-exclusive announcements. Here’s a detailed, day-to-day look at what Crunchyroll will be bringing to fans!
Thursday, July 3rd
Let’s Play, the beloved gaming-themed vertical webcomic originally published on WEBTOON and now released by Rocketship Entertainment, is getting its world premiere! Fans will also have the chance to hear directly from creator Leeanne M. Krecic (aka Mongie) and director Daiki Tomiyasu during a special panel. Produced by acclaimed animation studio OLM, the anime adaptation is set to debut in 2025.

The long-awaited new season of The Rising of the Shield Hero, Season 4, will also premiere today! Kaito Ishikawa, the voice actor of the main character Naofumi, and Ten Kimura, the producer, will join fans to go beyond the scenes.
Solo Camping for Two will be meeting anime lovers for the first time as well, with voice actors Daiki Hamano and Mizuki Niizaki accompanying them on this journey.

Two panels will be held on Friday on two highly popular, 2025 Crunchyroll Anime of the Year nominees Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and The Apothecary Diaries, with guest appearances of Maomao and Loulan’s voice actors Yuki Aoi and Seto Asami respectively.
Saturday, 5th
On Saturday, fans will be treated to more new season premieres! The continuation of DR. STONE, Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE, will be presented to the audience for the first time, along with the Japanese voices of Senku Ishigami (Yusuke Kobayashi) and Dr. Xeno (Kenji Nojima).
Additionally, the cosplay/craftsmanship romance My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 together with the Japanese voices of Marin Kitagawa (Hina Suguta) and Wakana Gojo (Shoya Ishige) will be making an appearance!

Sunday, July 6th
Crunchyroll continues its panels with Kaiju No. 8, a giant-monster fighting anime, along with a new action figure you can catch a glimpse of at the Crunchyroll Store booth at #2135, the brand new “Kaiju No. 8 Youtooz Vinyl Figure (Glow in the Dark Ver.)”.
Moreover, an upcoming episode of the fan-favorite series Toilet-bound Hanako-kun will be aired, along with a conversation on urban legends with the legendary voice actor Megumi Ogata, who voiced the main character Hanako-kun, and producers Yuki Katayama and Shota Komatsu.

If you visit the Crunchyroll booth at #2526, one of the most immersive anime experiences is waiting for anime lovers. More info about the details of this experience will be available soon, but take note that it’ll be Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle and Gachiakuta-themed!
The platform also announced the acquisition of two more anime series. With You and the Rain will be adapted into an animation by Lesprit, and it will air in July 2025. A trailer is available in Japanese. It’s a heartfelt comedy series and if you’d like to get ahead, the manga is available in English, from Kodansha!
Otherworldly Munchkin: Let’s Speedrun the Dungeon with Only 1 HP! is an isekai action series, a subgenre that’s been on the rise in recent years! The studio behind the adaptation is Durandal. For now, you can check out the trailer and the series will hit the screens in October 2025. The manga is available on Kodansha‘s website!
