The BLACK COMIC LORDS are pleased to announce our very first Virtual Comic-Con taking place this Saturday, December 6th, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. on our YouTube channel.
The con is FREE to attend and will include an assembly of the best in comics–from artists, writers, publishers, collectors, and fans.
Fans will be able to view panels on the history of Black comics, collecting, a live auction, and the art of crafting comics. Virtual Comic-Con guests will include luminaries like Denys Cowan, David Walker, and Alitha Martinez. In addition to the regular broadcast, there will be a members-only preview show on Friday, December 5th, at 9 pm EST on their YouTube channel.
About the BLACK COMIC LORDS: The Black Comic Lords (BCL) is a multi-platform Black Comics Community Hub that celebrates Black comic book characters, books, creators, publishers, collectors and fans. BCL started as a Facebook Group in 2021 and has grown to include a prolific YouTube podcast library, a website database of noteworthy Black comics and multiple social media platforms. BCL’s goal is to establish a nexus for the Black Comics community for interaction, education and support.
