She shouldn’t refer to the baby as a “parasite”.
I prefer to think of them as “Future Sidekicks”.

Sphinx, though — the fetus is in my body, living off its resources. Biologically speaking, it is a parasite. I use the word affectionately, and I really don’t think it’s appropriate for you to tell me what I should or should not call my future baby.
