Valiant has provided us with a preview of War Mother #2 by Fred Van Lente and Stephen Segovia.  This spin-off from Book of Death and 4001 A.D. takes War Mother out of the utopia-like Grove and through a dystopian landscape on a quest for a mysterious citadel.

  1. Thank you for always previewing Valiant, Todd. I like their comics a lot. I’m less bothered by company-owned comics where it’s something like Valiant and everyone knows the score heading in, but they let creators do basically whatever they want.

    Plus, it’s fun to read an entirely self-contained universe. And the nostalgia is high for me since Valiant was my jam as a kid.
