Stan and Pauline Goldberg recovering from car accident


Longtime Archie artist Stan Goldberg and his wife Pauline were injured in a car accident while driving home from the OSU festival last week, it’s being reported. Pauline suffered two broken arms and a broken leg while Stan had a fractured vertebrae. Mike Lynch has been updating their status on FB, and reports they are out of the ICU, although Pauline underwent surgery, while Stan is in a back brace.

Stan Goldberg, 81, has been drawing Archie comics since the 60s in a long, distinguished career. He was voted into the NCS Hall of Fame in 2011 and continues to draw comics and art.
