Paper Girls, the Eisner-winning sci-fi series from writer Brian K. Vaughan, artist Cliff Chiang, color artist Matthew Wilson, and letterer Jared K. Fletcher, is returning to stores in a new collected edition. Image Comics announced today that Paper Girls: The Complete Story is a new softcover compendium that will collect all thirty issues of the series, which ran from 2015 through 2019, under a new cover by Chiang.

In a statement accompanying the announcement of the new collection, both BKV and Chiang expressed their enthusiasm at the series being available for new readers in one complete volume:

“I’m so proud of this story,” said Vaughan. “And I think our young heroes’ complex journey through time reads particularly well in one epic binge-read, so this gorgeous new collection is the perfect way to enjoy the entire series, currently being adapted as an amazing television show for Amazon Prime!”

Chiang added: “We had so much fun filling these thirty issues with mystery, friendship, and giant robots, and I’m thrilled to present this hefty volume for anyone who wants to dive into the whole story.”

As Vaughan mentioned, Paper Girls is currently in development for adaptation as an Amazon Prime series. The series follows a quartet of paper delivery girls in 1988 Cleveland who, after discovering a strange artifact from the future, embark on an adventure across time and space.
