I continue with my wrap-up of New York Comic Con photos, this time featuring movie costumes and do-it-yourself costuming.
Once again, DC and Warner Brothers staged a display on the south end of Javits during New York Comic Con.
This year, it featured Wonder Woman, celebrating 75 years, and star of a major motion picture. Costumes from the upcoming movie, as well as from the television show were on display, as well as rarities from the archives.
Interestingly, Warner Brothers had TWO booths on the show floor:
In Booth 522, near the Block, Warners hosted an “Art of Wonder” display, featuring original pieces inspired by Wonder Woman, as well as video displays of iconic comicbook covers. [Only one piece of art caught my interest.]
On the other side of the floor, in the center of it all, was Warner Brother’s booth promoting Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. On display were some of the costumes from the feature, set in 1926 New York City.
