At E3 2019, Microsoft provided some more details about Project Scarlett, the company’s next console, which will transform gaming in more ways than one. In the video below, developers of the console and its games share details about how the technology will dramatically lower loading times, allow 8K graphics and ridiculous frame rates, and make cloud gaming possible.
