MIX 2013 kicks off this weekend — The Columbus College of Art and Design’s annual tribute to comics this year features Jeff Smith, Carol Tyler, and more in many fascinating-sounding panels. Don’t you wish you could watch them even if you couldn’t be there? More and more comics symposiums are taping their panels, and here are four from MIX 2012. I’m told comics scholar Charles Hatfield’s talk on Jack Kirby is a must see.
