Gina Misiroglu asked us to pass along the news of her signing on Saturday along with Michael Lent and Lance Laspina at Hi-De-Ho in Santa Monica. Gina is the writer/editor of THE SUPERHERO BOOK and THE SUPERVILLIAN BOOK, the latter of which we were a proud contributor to. Anyway stop on by and then go down to the pier for some potato chips or something.

  1. Ugh, Hi De Ho… worst comic shop ever. well, not ever… but it would be a compliment to call it a “mess.” I am desperately trying to figure out where they would have a signing: there’s just no room.

Horrible comic shop. Worth the trek into Hollywood-land to go to Secret Headquarters or MeltDown. Hell, even Golden Apple has given up on the cluttered, stuff-everywhere with no rhyme or reason look (kudos to them then).

Why on earth would you put new comics on the floor where only a toddler can view them???? Horrible, horrible shop.

So sad it is the only comic shop in Santa Monica.
