Easily my favorite comic related series this year, FX’s Legion, overseen by the brilliant showrunner Noah Hawley, and adapted from the tremendous New Mutants run of Chris Claremont and Bill Sienkiewicz, played a bit like the X-Men meets Lynch and Kubrick. And it worked liked gangbusters!

With Season 1 ending on such an enticing cliffhanger, (which I’m not gonna spoil, because I want you all to watch that show if you haven’t already), I cannot wait to find out what kind of hints we can get for the forthcoming season.

And thankfully we won’t have to wait too long, as FX will be bringing the braintrust behind the series and its stars to Ballroom 20 on the Thursday evening of SDCC for what’s sure to be a delightful panel full of behind the scenes stories and vague references to things that are in the future. On top of that, the network will also be delivering the cast and crew behind The Strain and Archer that weekend, so there’s quite a bit to be thrilled about for fans of those two series as well.
