Per Deadline, Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions has announced that is has acquired worldwide rights to the film Professor Marston & the Wonder Women, starring Luke Evans, Rebecca Hall and Bella Heathcoate, the story behind the relationship between Dr. William Moulton Marston (Evans), Elizabeth Marston (Hall), Olive Byrne (Heathcoate) and the creation of Wonder Woman.
Production began this week, and the film is written and directed by Angela Robinson.
