  1. Manara at Dark Horse??? Doesn’t make much sense, unless they’re gonna make some announcement about future reprints.

The celebrated Italian comic book writer and artist known for The Adventures of Giuseppe Bergman, Butterscotch, Click, Indian Summer and more will be bringing the entire catalogue of his work to the states via Dark Horse Comics.

Executive editor Diana Schutz added, “Unavailable in the U.S. for over twenty years, Signor Manara’s comics work will be published both in its entirety for the first time ever and in all-new translations by Eurocomics expert Kim Thompson, who brings knowledge and a wealth of experience to the critical task of translating this award-winning material. In addition, we’re pleased to announce that comics superstar Frank Miller will happily provide the introduction to the first volume of the projected nine-volume series.”
