Director James Wan has unveiled a new poster for this year’s Aquaman movie, in a tweet which promised that tomorrow we’ll get a trailer for the film, even though there aren’t any plans for a Warner panel at this year’s New York Comic-Con. The poster sees Arthur (played by hair idol Jason Momoa) thrusting his trident out of the sea, which is comment enough from me.
As you can see, the poster also teases that we might be seeing the character appear in something which looks a little closer to his ‘classic’ comics costume. Not sure why you’d want to put a shirt on Jason Momoa, but we’ll wait and see.
Aquaman is released from the sea to cinemas on December 21st.
