Valiant’s editors were talking about something strange on Twitter yesterday. Boom’s editors were doing the same today. They kept going on about cars and something called #NYCCKOTR, which nobody would explain when I asked about it.
Well! Today this weird list of letters has been revealed to be New York Comic Con: King of the Road – and it’s a competition between the four publishers.
Starting this Sunday and running until Tuesday, King of the Road will see the four publishers each modify a car with images of their characters and comics, before heading out onto the streets of New York. If you happen to spot one of the four cars then you should head on over, as various competitions and scavenger hunts will be going on, with the chance to win various comic prizes.
The advice on the NYCC website is to follow the #NYCCKOR hashtag. I’ll update when more info comes in about the competition!

They should worry more about the groups of Motorcyclists riding like @$$holes, that the NYPD refuses to do anything about until someone is dragged out of their car and beaten to a pulp, in front of their family, on video.
