Dejah Thoris is the title character from A Princess of Mars (the book that the John Carter film was based on).  Dejah Thoris is also a fixture of Dynamite’s Warlord of Mars series and has had her own spinoff titles.  Dynamite is currently Kickstarting a Dejah Thoris statute (technically 3 versions) based on J. Scott Campbell’s cover to Warlord of Mars #1.  It looks like this one funded in about an hour.

Dynamite has worked with friend and veteran comic artist, J. Scott Campbell, for a long time, producing many of our most iconic covers for series like Vampirella, Red Sonja, Sheena, and Dejah Thoris. Using Campbell’s cover of Warlord of Mars #1 as inspiration, Dynamite is working with Rvckvs International, and Campbell himself, to produce a Dejah Thoris statue that fans will love, at a price no fan can resist!  The statue stands roughly 8.5″ tall and measures 8″ across the base at it’s widest point.

  1. I assume that this story was labelled as NSFW b/c of the boobage of the statue. If that is the case, then why the hell did you put a picture of the statue boobage on your front page?

  2. The bronze version isn’t going to draw questions of “what is that you’re looking at” from clear across the room. The regular, full color version likely would.

  3. we cater to everyone. But, I think your age is showing if you think teenage boys are buying Dejah Thoris statues…
