In a Facebook post, Image founder Marc Silvestri posted a photo of himself post part one of cataract surgery:
In a previous post he noted that he’d had severe double vision for a while.
Silvestri, 58, heads up Top Cow Studios which publishes such books as Witchblade, and currently, Romulus and Postal. He’s best known for his work on the X-men and Cyberforce but even if you’re not a fan of Image Comics, Silvestri’s lovely linework and designs have always been top notch. He’s been working on a Batman book for a while, but obviously vision problems must have made that difficult.
The Beat wishes Silvestri all the best for a speedy recovery.
