After David Ayer tweeted out the big Suicide Squad cast read-through photo last night, the question on many fans’ minds was: “Where’s Jared Leto?”
The obvious answer is, as “paul” pointed out in the comments section: he’s probably just on tour.
But nonetheless, it looks like Ayer heard you loud and clear as he shared a pretty amazing response:

In the above picture, you’ll see Leto with his green Joker hair emulating the classic Brian Bolland cover that’s haunted me since I was 5 (though he got it backwards, points for the effort!):

All good! I’m very excited to see Leto’s take on The Joker. I think it’s pretty fun that, much like Batman, The Joker is a character that has been played by a lot of great actors, all with very different styles.
Yes, the image is flipped, unless he has one of those new nokiN cameras.
