We lost another great today.
Bill Sienkiewicz post his tribute on FB and I wondered how he could have done one so fast. I shouldn’t have even wondered.
I saw news of his passing online , cursed for ten minutes straight, found reference and jumped in.
it took about 45 minutes from start to finish, which is why it’s so damn rough. I decided that actually worked for the portrait, so I didn’t start over or do a variant.
One person’s “rough” is another’s “work a lifetime for.”
Two great talents.
