Following the traditions of its Mortal Kombat brethren and the entire gaming industry; Netherrealm’s 2017 hit DC Comics fighting game Injustice 2 will get an omnibus edition like release this March.

Available beginning March 27 for PlayStation4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store, Injustice 2 – Legendary Edition offers the ultimate DC Super Hero and Super-Villain fighting game experience and packages the main game with the following downloadable content:

All downloadable playable characters: Darkseid, Red Hood, Starfire, Sub-Zero, Black Manta, Raiden, Hellboy, Atom, Enchantress and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Premiere skins available from the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition including Power Girl, John Stewart Green Lantern, Reverse-Flash, Grid and Black Lightning each with unique looks, voices, and dialogue.

In 2017, Injustice 2 marked developer Netherrealm’s first venture into the games as a service world. When the game first released, every character was fully customizable via its gear system. Following the monetization trends of the industry, players were able to purchase in-game currency to unlock random capes, leg armor, and body armor that altered character looks. In some cases turning said hero or villain into an alternate version. Superman could become Bizzaro, Flash could be skinned as Reverse Flash. They were small touches that didn’t quite use the same amount of game memory as slotting in the characters separately.

The Legendary Edition brings fans nearly every piece of content released for the game. If you missed out on DC’s latest beat em up, then it might be worth your time if only to see Hellboy interact with Batman or the Ninja Turtles hit on Wonder Woman.

Injustice 2 Legendary Edition will be in stores March 27 for an MSRP of $59.99 (on Amazon).
