The nominating ballot ca be found here. Nominations are chosen bu comics professionals, and if you don’t vote you can’t complain about the nominees.
If you’re confused about who to vote for, people are doing some last minute lobbying on Twitter. Winners will be announced at the Baltimore Comicon.
