Oh and speaking of Annie Wu, she’s the artist on issue #4 of the all-nu Archie comics, (Veronica Fish takes over on issues #5-6) and in issue #4 of the Mark Waid reboot we finally learn about #LipstickIncident, the secret that has been haunting the halls of Riverdale High and crimping Archie’s dating style.
Writer Mark Waid has been tight-lipped about the Lipstick Incident since the start of the relaunched series but promises a pay-off in issue #4, “Finally, the details of the #Lipstic kIncident are revealed as we see what exactly broke up the power couple of Archie Andrews and Betty Cooper–and you’ll never guess!”
Waid teams with superstar artist Annie Wu (Black Canary, Hawkeye), colorists Andre Szymanowicz and Jen Vaughn and letterer Jack Morelli to provide the answers that everyone has been clamoring for.

The issue also includes variant covers including the Jaime Hernandez one which is like, the greatest thing of all time. And while we all like Fiona Staples, Wu is no slouch.
