Folks, we have a Livewire. As reported by Variety, Brit Morgan will guest star as Leslie Willis during an episode of CBS’ new television adaptation of Supergirl, which debuts this fall.
Cast in the show as a shock-jock (think female Howard Stern…I guess radio isn’t dead in this world), Leslie has an accident that transforms her and makes her take her job title much more literally. Melissa Benoitt‘s Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl, is the only one who can stop her.
Morgan joins the Supergirl rogues gallery alongside Peter Facinelli‘s Maxwell Lord and Chris Browning‘s Reactron.
This move comes as part of a concerted push on DC’s part to bring the cool blue gal back into canon, as she recently had an appearance in an issue of Brenden Fletcher’s and Babs Tarr’s Batgirl.
Supergirl debuts on October 26th at 8:30PM EDT.
