All mini-figs are flat-chested and flat-spined. So, if you wish to arch the back, the entire prism must be distorted, like a brick of taffy. Basically, the animation used in the Lego films is similar to that used in Gumby films.

It’s simple, Lego Catwoman – just lift your torso off the legs and put it on again backwards! That’s what Wonder Woman does!
