Poor DC, trapped between having story line surprises and having to market those same surprises.

This it is with Batman #24 by Tom King, David Finch, Miki and Jordie Bellaire. The issue is previewed in an Article at USA and today, and it doesn’t leave much to the imagination. It would be fun to just come on this story and go “Whoa!!!!’ but marketing requires that you read all about it so that you remember to go to the comics shop tomorrow in case something else comes up before then.
Back in the day Batman and Catwoman were doing THIS.
But now they’ve taken it to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL.
I PROPOSE that you read the preview below.
I think you’ll find it ENGAGING.

Usually superhero marriages get retconned out of existence however Lois&Clark came back from the dead. Perhaps the superhero marriage isn’t as an endangered species as it used to be.
As with everything time will tell.
As long as this isn’t a set up for Catwoman being fridged, I’m intrigued.
