Francesco Francavilla’s art is so perfect for erie dark tones. It was when he was doing the son of Gordon stuff in Detective Comics that I noticed how perfectly his style can set an eerie tone. A tone that looks simple and unperfect, but can carry so much mood within the panel or page. Perfect Pick for today.
I did a Halloween episode myself and my buddy made a pretty “cool” Mr Freeze costume.
I actually love his artwork without the orange or purple he puts on everything. The black is perfect.
