Archaia have today announced that they’ll be publishing a graphic novel, HACKTIVIST, conceived by actress Alyssa Milano. The novel, which will be written by Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly, will be drawn by Marcus To, coloured by Ian Herring, and lettered by Deron Bennett. That’s quite a formidable creative team backing up the story!

J. Michael Straczynski and Pete Woods have been announced as the creative team for a twelve-part Terminator series at Dark Horse, which will continue the story of the films and follow on from Terminator: Salvation. Titled Terminator: The Final Battle, the series will start later this year.
Dark Horse have broken away from the rest of the pack! The announcement has come in that Francesco Francavilla will be following up his extremely successful Black Beetle miniseries with a second mini in October, called Necrologue. A five-issue series, Francavilla will once again handle both writing and art duties on the book.
Dark Horse have thrown their saddle into the announcement arena, with the news that this December they’ll be publishing a print version of Victor Santos’ silent webcomic Polar. An interesting wrinkle, though, is that the print edition is going to include dialogue for the entire story. Santos has written a script especially for the print edition.
Fox’s Sunday animation lineup has spawned a few comics over the years. Bongo has a whole line of Simpsons comics. Devil’s Due and Titan have both done Family Guy comics. J. Michael Straczynski’s been lining up a lot of comics projects lately, resurrecting his “Joe’s Comics” imprint at Image and launching with the well-received Ten Grand. Add another project to the list, Straczynski’s going to be writing an ongoing Twilight Zone comic for Dynamite.
