It has been suggested to me that running Big Two teasers as news is destroying the very fabric of comics; however, when they are a cute, clever Image, I reserve the right to run them.

This refers to some yet to be revealed storyline involving the character Iron Man, as far as I can make out.

Changes at Diamond Management: Wurzer to replace retiring Schanes


A big change at Diamond executive team as VP of Purchasing Bill Schanes is stepping down after 27 years. He’ll be replaced by Jon Wurzer, who as Executive Director of Purchasing has been responsible for day to day purchasing decisions for the last 12 years. Schanes will remain in an advisory capacity through 2013.


First look: Steed and Mrs Peel #9


Boom! passed along the cover of STEED AND MRS PEEL #9 for your perusal. It’s by Joe Corroney . Inside Caleb Monroe and Yasmin Liang pen a story that finds Steed and Peel in terrible danger from a bad guy named John Cartney—and there seems to be some kind of karate involved as well. The book goes on sale in May.
