Before things get rolling too much, we would like to state that the Beat endorses the Odysea bar at the Hilton Bayfront as the new “in” drinking spot, replacing the nasty old homophobic Hyatt, which doesn’t like us at all. In contrast, the nice people at the Hilton Bayfront sent out this invitation:

We can attest to the awesomeness of these hand muddled cocktails, and plan to stop by a few times.

As opposed to the Hyatt, which is playing host to a health care convention which prompted an “add on” demonstration by more homophobic nuts, the Hilton is participating in programming and really becoming part of the Comic-Con experience. Support it with your drinking dollar! In addition, the BOOM! party will be there Thursday, so hopefully we’ll see you there.
