With KICK-ASS opening this weekend in the UK and in a couple of weeks in the US, and poised to be THE controversial films of early '10, Mark Millar is riding high. Adding to the high, his NEW creator-owned Icon title, NEMSSIS is shipping today. And this morning, Millar reported, he'd taken the massive step of purchasing a Billboard for the book. In Times Square no less. An he had the pictures to prove it. Or did he?
