After an intensive investigation, The Beat has been able to obtain this exclusive photo of the Male Slave Leia who entranced the comics blogosphere over the weekend. As you can see, while not dressed as Slave Leia, the subject enjoys sunsets, long walks on the beach, and collecting comic books.

You’ll be happy to know that there will be a Slave Boy Leia in the new Simon Pegg-Nick Frost comedy, PAUL, due out later this year.
He was one of the dozen or so Leias in the extras pool in the scenes set (but not shot) at Comic-Con, and at one point he was being led on the leash by a female Leia. No idea, of course, how much will end up in the film.
I got to be in one brief but pivotal shot with Pegg (i.e., it’s almost certain to make the final cut), and even though he threatened me with grievous bodily harm, I’m still a fan.
2 things: eat some more sandwiches and lose that beard: ginger beards do not work!

Alan – ya, agreed! So he’s an ectomorph, not an endomorph. Geek culture embraces all us unlikely ppl. He’s cute, in a scruffy college kid kinda way.
