Nowhere does it say that these are illegal immigrants. In fact, considering they’re willing to be photographed and have their names made public, I’d figure these particular workers all have legal status.

Interesting … we praise (illegal) mexican immigrants for working in conditions that were deemed unfair several decades ago. Why the rush to roll back the clock on the labor movement?
