Richard Thompson's Cul de Sac is truly most awesome. It was great to meet him. I was surprised and flattered that he took the time to come over to my booth and talk for a bit at the end of the show... after I'd failed to return and buy his book as I promised! There was so much good stuff and great people. It's really a shame that much of it did not get the kind of attention deserved. Working a table, I did not get to spend the time I would have liked to with all the amazing artists that were there, and I wish I'd managed to pick up more of their books. This was probably a unique event, and sadly, not one to be repeated quite like it soon, given the lack of trade in indie land.
