I’m glad you are making good use of the “nutritional supplements”! (They contain three of the four food groups: caffeine, sugar, fat, and alcohol. Nature’s perfect food is thus an Irish Coffee.)

Honestly. I couldn’t remember for the life of me. I only know that at about 5 pm each day I chug a handful and then things get better…for a while.
