And it sets a good <i>informal</i> precedent by showing that the CBLDF will stand up to prosecutors looking for an easy free-speech-lynching to make them look "tough on porn". But because it's not an actual court decision, it doesn't set any legal precedent, and leaves some laws of dubious constitutionality on the books. So it's a victory, but not a complete one.
