We’ve been talking about Heath Ledger’s Joker at Highbrid Nation. I’m usually a traditionalist but I think I like the direction they are going in. Though some are saying the recent pic is fake. I honestly beleive it is real.

I agree that the pic is almost definitely real.

I love this campaign. Not only is it developing nicely (new bits every couple days) it’s actually character-oriented because the Joker loves pranks that screw with people’s heads.

My guess: the first appearance of the Joker in a DK trailer hits in December.

As for the direction they’re going in: it’s very cool. It’s possible to go overboard with the horror movie elements, but from what I’ve seen so far, Nolan GETS Batman more than any other director and this new Joker confirms it.
