I lack patience for the serialized, drawn-out, soap-operaized nature of many new shows. The new shows are good alright, it's just that I don't have time to be strung along a whole season only to get a cliff hanger for the finale. TNG reminds me of a show that was interesting and respectful of my time. I still have time for Law and Order. Good Job and Thank You!
