It's just that not every publisher that sells them a book issues a press release, or sees that press release run. As for the hardcover being available through the trade, Archaia is among the publishers listed as Diamond Book Distributors' clients (http://www.diamondbookdistributors.com/clients.asp#Archaia_Studio_Press ) so one hopes that they'll be the ones getting it to the bookstores as well as comics stores. (Random House/Villard is only doing the paperback edition, and that won't be out until next year or so...)
