I had a student who looked just like his Dondi, ( a character he created) I sent him his pic (his name was Donte) Irwin sent us a drawing of both Dondi and Donte. This of course thrilled Donte and my school, Holy Name, a catholic private school ,which was honored. Hoping to hear Irwin is recovering . I told my new classes all about his graciousness.
