I avoid any comic book convention that has a 'brand' name on it.

Wizard spelled sideways, backwards and forwards spells doom for hard working 'independent creators' looking for a honest break everywhere.

“Subdued” because we Southern Californians are saving our energy and money for San Diego. I might go to WWLA for a day, because it’s less crowded, and thus there’s more time to chat with popular creators. But with little in the way of small press presence (no Oni Press, no SLG, …), I’m not highly motivated.

Lovely blotter paper. Something tells me if it's a David Arquette film you best hope there is something on that paper! Flashbacks of "See Spot Run" might leave audience members frightened.
