The cover and the story Carmilla is illustrated by my good friend and great illustrtor Lisa K. Webber! I love Graphic Classics and I can't wait for this to come out!

You can check her other work at <a href="http://www.creatureco.com/" rel="nofollow">http://www.creatureco.com/</a>

For those who don't click on the Graphic Classics link, Northanger Abbey will be one of several stories in the Gothic Classics volume, coming out in May. The Graphic Classics series is a neat way to get graphic adaptations of classic short stories by authors such as Doyle, Poe, Wells, even Sabatini (gee, I never thought of Captain Blood as a classic, just a great swashbuckler).

This looks great, and I love Northanger Abbey.

Thanks for this news -- somehow I'd never heard of Graphic Classics before.
